Apartment 1 has a bedroom with a double bed and a safe. Right next to it is the living area with a sofa bed/couch (190 x 140 cm), TV and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with two hotplates, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a rain shower, toilet, washing machine and a hairdryer. The panoramic balcony offers a direct view of the Schlern.

43 m² | 2-3 persons
Apartment 2 has a bedroom with a double bed, couch/sofa bed (for one person), TV and safe. The kitchen is equipped with four hotplates, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer compartment, an oven, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom is right next door. It is equipped with a rain shower, toilet, washing machine, bidet and hairdryer. The panoramic balcony offers a direct view of the Schlern.

Arrival and departure
The apartment will be at your disposal from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival (or earlier, by prior arrangement). Please inform us if you are arriving after 6 p.m. On the day of departure, apartments are to be vacated until 10:00 a.m.
Parking
Each apartment is assigned one parking space in our garage, free of charge.
Children
Upon request, we can provide a baby bed and a baby seat for the dining table for an additional charge of € 5,00 per day.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises.
Smoke
All our holiday apartments are non-smoking facilities. Thank you for your understanding.
Guest Pass
When you check in, you will receive your complimentary Südtirol Guest Pass – a card you can use to travel free of charge on public transport not only here in the Seiser Alm area, but throughout South Tyrol.
